Dinner for Schmuck

Over the past couple months I've been schooling myself to try to eat substantial, nutritious meals. Thanks to a very well organized meal plan create by CSCO nutrionist Maggie Amos, not only have I been doing just that, but I've been cooking and preparing everything that goes down my gullet as well. Rather than tell you about it, I figured I would show you first hand my new found cooking prowess in this, the first (and maybe not last, depending on the feedback) video blog. I apologize it's hard to hear in some areas, I didn't take into account that sizzling meat is noisy. But considering it was all filmed on my phone, I have to say, it's not half bad. Enjoy:

It's a little rough here and there, I know, first time I've used my phone to film something, but it did the trick. Here's a few other meals that have recently become additions to my Haute Cuisine:

Homemade Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries and Salad
Roasted Chicken breast with Veggie Rissoto
Thai Soup. Suprisingly, probably my favorite dish
Homemade Whole Wheat pizza Dough
Turned into this

Steak Stir Fry with Asparagus

Feel free to email me if you want any of these recipe's. I realize for some, none of these are particularly difficult to make. For a cooking newb such as myself, this is progress.

Cheers,
Ben Jammin
